The location was good as it was near key tourist spots and easy to access. The hotel had a friendly staff and comfortable rooms. the hotel amenities were decent and it had a nice view of the city.
The check-in process was a disaster. It took the supervisor’s assistance to resolve the issue.

If you're looking for an affordable hotel with a great location, this one is for you! the hotel is situated in a convenient area, making it easy to get around and find places to eat and drink. the rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. the bathroom is well-maintained and has hot water. In terms of service, the staff is friendly and approachable. You'll also appreciate the delicious breakfast offered in the morning.
Keep in mind that the restaurant is quite small, so you may need to wait for a table during busy periods.

Location was great, close to everything we planned to visit during our trip. the view from the room was also nice, with a clear sight of the busy street. the staff was friendly but not very efficient.
Our check-in process wasn't smooth at all. Even though I had already paid online, the receptionist asked me to pay again.
